Policy is misleading
I feel as though I have been mislead. I have had this policy on my dogs for over a year and first time I file a claim it is denied. I am being told that a dog that limped only when getting up for about 5 steps that was diagnosed with arthritis and was given supplements as directed by the veterinarian is the same as the tearing a ligament that needs surgery is a "pre existing" condition. My veterinarian advertised that I call as it is not considered pre-existing. I am still waiting on a return call and a return email that has gone unanswered.

Good to Talk to them
Keep people available to talk, it's good to be able to talk to a person, I called because I wanted to make sure I was not being signed up for poor health insurance service and was not sure who pet partners was, but Nancy fielded many questions properly.
