WOW !! I only wish human insurance were more like Trupanion!
When my 1 year old Jack Russell woke up and couldn't stand, I was very concerned. We took her to the vet right away and she had a probable tear in the ligaments that connect the tibia and the femur. We were sent home with NSAIDS and were told to keep her quiet and wait and see. I had never filed a claim before and wasn't sure where to start. I called the customer service and got Gina. She was AWESOME! She told me all the ways I could file the claim and got it set up so claims could be paid back directly to my bank account. Everything was handled quickly and painlessly. After I submitted the claim, I quickly got an e-mail saying they were on it.

I only wish my own health insurance was as effective, responsive and affordable!!
I have been pleasantly surprised at how effective Trupanion's coverage has been and how manageable the processing of claims is. Per my review title--1) the insurance covers those expenses that i worry about being overwhelming; 2) the claims process is clear and easy to manage for my vet providers and me; 3) the price of coverage is reasonable and manageable and 4) claims are paid in a timely manner. I have recommended Trupanion to all of my dog owner friends and family. :) My Stella says THANK YOU!

True friends during tough time
I am very impressed with Embrace. My greyhound had a freak accident, running inside, slipping on a slippery floor, ended up in the "splits" and fracturing her femur. She went to the emergency room and then to orthopedic specialists for surgery. Within two days of submission Embrace approved payment for the emergency room, and pre-certified the specialists work for the full amount. In addition, they stayed in contact with me over email (daily) and really demonstrated they were concerned about my girl. Thanks so much Embrace!!

Healthy Paws is the best around for your pets!
Healthy Paws Insurance is the best pet insurance I have ever had! Not only do they file their claims on time and make it user friendly, they also care so much about your pets! After our dog passed away last year, they sent us a really nice note to check in on us and send their deepest sympathy. They also did the same with our new puppy who was in the hospital for a week. I couldn't be happier with Healthy Paws!

Compassionate Pet Inurance Company
Our beloved dog had to be put down two weeks ago after an illness. Trupanion was a class act all through the claims and our dog's euthanasia. They promptly pro-rated our premium and the amount was credited to our checking account within a few days after Liberty passed.. They sent a sympathy card about a week later - 5 employees not only signed it, but left heartfelt messages about our dog Liberty and our loss. My wife and I burst out crying! Yes, when your pet is insured with them you become family to Trupanion. When we find our next canine family member we will be insuring with Trupanion.

I love you guys!
What makes Embrace such a good company is that I am working WITH them for the benefit of my pets. That's almost unheard of these days. They care about my animal family in the same way I do and are there with sympathy when we lose one. And when they deny part of a claim-which is almost never-there is a reasonable explanation. Thank you, Embrace. I have dogs with health issues, but I'm not tempted to drop them at the pound for lack of support.

Very Good Service
ASPCA provides good service. Claims are processed fast and reinmbursed amounts are in line with plan. I wish the company would recognize long time and multiple pets insurances as the monthly payment is high.

Excellent and Reliable Service
I have had 2 doxies overed under Pet's Best. Our first dog, Buddy, was insured for serveral years until his death in 2012. Our second dog, Jakey, was insured since 2012. Both of my dogs have incurred numerous claims, most unexpected, and I have never been let down by Pet's Best. They have always stepped up and paid the claims that were submitted. The customer service representatives have always been knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I highly recommend this company to any pet owner.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is a wonderful pet insurance company
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance processes claims efficiently. With the app, you snap a photo of your bill, and the claims assessors get started shortly after that. The customer service and claims staff are extremely friendly, and it has been a pleasure being insured with them. I have two dogs with Healthy Paws, and I can't recommend them enough.

Great honest pet insurance company
Our little Bella just had a major health issue that resulted in close to $4,000 worth of medical bills. Healthy Paws responded quickly to claims once submitted and communicated nicely throughout the claim process. We received payment within a week or so and there were no issues. They delivered what they promised and even sent a nice email asking how her recovery was going. I recommend them highly. They are the real deal.
