Exceptional Insurance Product - Embrace Pet Insurance

I've had 2 purebred Boxers insured through Embrace. One, from puppy hood, had multiple "issues" throughout her life. Embrace exceeded our expectations of a Pet Insurer at every step, from claims reimbursement, customer care, calling us (unsolicited) to make us aware of additional coverage items (water therapy) available to us for a particular surgery claim, representatives easily and readily available by phone, claims management and status updates. All told, Embrace reimbursed approximately $8,000 in claims for this little boxer over her lifetime. This is EXACTLY why I have insurance. Not to pay for routine and expected Pet Ownership responsibilities (like annual checkups and shots), but for accidents and serious unforeseen issues. Simply put, Embrace does what it says it will do, and has created a customer focused infrastructure. All the way to the end, Embrace also 'lit a candle' and made a donation to a local Animal Shelter in the name of our beloved little boxer, who said goodbye to us this Summer. I will always have my pets insured through Embrace, and I have and do recommend their Pet Insurance service to all my friends and family.

Another positive experience with Embrace

My mixed breed terrier is a little past her first birthday and has treated heartworm disease. She was doing fine and then was sluggish for a couple of days and then collapsed after walking up a flight of stairs. I took her to the nearest animal hospital and she was admitted with severe anemia and low platelets. This appears to have been an immune reaction to the treated heartworm disease. Embrace reviewed the claim in just a couple of days and approved payment of over $2500.00 for hospitalization and treatment almost immediately without any quibbling at all. My experience with Embrace has been and continues to be very positive.

Amazing, Caring and Thoughtful Staff

I cant find the words to express how the staff at this company has helped me through (losing my dog) this situation. I have received 2 sympathy cards personally signed by the staff, this kind gesture made me realize that the staff here truly realize what I'm going through. I must also state that the claim filing system is so easy and quick. I'm 100% certain that I will be using Embrace again in the future. Thank you for everything

My First Claim

I signed up for Trupanion on both my dogs when they were puppies. I have had my Red Lab since he was 8 weeks old. He is now 3 years old and had a pretty severe bought with diarrhea recently. It cost me nearly $2000 to treat him. After my $750 deductible was met (I elected for that high of a deductible to keep my monthly payments manageable since I am insuring two dogs), Trupanion paid me back for his treatment costs. I was nervous that my claim would be denied since I had never filed a pet insurance claim before, but the process was simple and painless. It reinforced my confidence that Trupanion will be there for us when we need them.

Experience is unbelievable

The experience was unbelievable! The reps were super helpful and quick to respond. My dog was in trouble and bleeding internally and I worried how I was going to pay the vet and then get reimburse since this was all unexpected. They worked with my vet to pay them directly. Trupanion's coverage is amazing. My friend just got a new puppy and I told her to get Trupanion.
