Filing the claim was simple, you advised my there might be a slight delay as you received a lot of claims. My only issue is that you did not notify me that my claim was approved.

Pets Best did an amazing job.
Pets Best did an amazing job for my dogs routine care claim process. It took just 5 days from the date I submitted the claim to when I saw the money in my bank account. Super fast process and what I loved was that they kept me updated by email the whole time. Not once did I have to reach out to them! They did everything flawlessly.

Representative has been so compassionate
Experiencing Tico s cancer treatment has been made easier because of Trupanion. Anytime I have called with a question, the representative has been so compassionate. The ease of the claims process has been fantastic and I wish I'm own personal health insurance could be Trupanion! Thank you!

Amazed at how quick and easy the process was.
My dog, Lola, was having difficulty breathing so I took her in to see her veterinarian. We knew we had Pets Best, but weren't too sure how it all worked since it was our first time claiming. I was so amazed at how easy it was and how quick the Pets Best was to respond to us. They communicated with us throughout the entire process. Couldn't be more pleased!
