I recommend Pets Best to friends.
I have 3 cats with health issues that I recently submitted claims for. One in particular has liver and colon concerns -- possibly cancer. One of the other cats had thyroid concerns (since resolved) and the other has a sinus infection. Submitting the claims were easily done via the website and processed quickly. I also was able to contact an agent who answered questions. I have had Pets Best for many years and used it for several pets. I have also recommended Pets Best to friends as I have found it very helpful in try to keep vet costs down. Having it has also allowed me to go forward when more involved care it needed.

I mailed in our claims and within just a few days, we had a response indicating which claims would be reimbursed and which ones could not. I really have never had such a reliable, responsible, knowledgeable and kind insurance company. Thank Trupanion hasty much.

Peace of mind
My Great Dane had a congenital heart condition. Under the care of a cardiologist we were able to keep her stable for six months. Our claim were processed quickly and efficiently. That provided invaluable peace of mind.

My claim was paid out within 11 days after my dogs surgery. Everything they said they would cover they did. It was more of a hassle free task then dealing with my own health insurance. I am very impressed with their process.
