Amazing customer service, well worth it

Nationwide has been there for us through it all. They have great customer service and have protected our pet through multiple surgeries that came after he got hit by a car. Couldn’t have provided the care he got without nationwide.

Reliable and Consistent service!

Having healthy paws has really given us peace of mind with our yellow lab Duke. Filing the claims are super easy, and they always check in to see how he is doing after his Vet visit. We definitely recommend having healthy paws as your pet insurance provider!

While it seemed the claim process took longer than normal, three months, I was very satisfied with the customer service, as I was kept in the loop that the claim was still in progress! :)

Very poor none responvice deceiving coverage

They promise the moon, deliver close to nothing… took them for ever to reply to my claim, forever to approve a 20% coverage on something they claim would have been fully covered. I’d make sure no one else gets this poor service, should have listened to my friends about embrace reputation

Nationwide is fantastic

We decided to get the pet insurance when we got our new puppy, through my employer. It has been the best thing we did, due to a few puppy insidence. Nationwide is prompt and easy to file claims and receiver reimbursement. We are very happy we made the discision.

Always willing to listen.

Kenya has a chronic condition. She has her good days and bad days.. She takes a lot of medications and special food. We feel we are blessed to have her covered under your pet insurance... We don't know what we would do without your help with her bills... It allows us to be able to pay for some of her other visits and routine appointments and medications. When I call I am always treated with respect and great customer service.. That is a welcome relief. Much appreciated.
