Healthy Paws is a Lifesaver
Healthy Paws is a silver lining when our cat was seriously injured. In the panic at first I actually forgot I had this insurance but knew I had to save our pet. Once we learned he would survive but needed a difficult surgery,I remembered Healthy Paws. What a relief. Filing a claim is as easy as taking a snapshot. Claims are processed in a few days and paid quickly as well. Staff are kind,helpful and genuinely care. I would recommend this company to every pet owner.

Pets Best was fantastic!
My French bulldog, Abby, was diagnosed with kidney cancer in January 2018. Pet's Best was fantastic with my claims and subsequent treatment for her! So glad that I got insurance for Abby after I got her.

I chose this score because I am not totally happy with the fact that I took out pet insurance with Trupanion because of the information given to my at Seeing Eye Inc and I truly had expected it to be noted that my dog was a Guide Dog (Service Dog) which it was not noted and therefor paid a hire rate for my first year and when I explained that to Sam the Trupanion representative she managed to reduce my new rate by 4.42 but was not able to change the rate I had already been paying. Also, I was told a confirmation would come to my email address of the change and that has not been sent either. I would not have even known about Trupanion had it not been for getting my Dog Guide and therefore, Trupanion should note that the policy is for a Service Dog when they receive new customers due to their representatives getting clients after visiting these service dog schools.
