I've always had great customer service when speaking with a Trupanion person; my recent conversation with Angie was also great, very personable, compassionate, professional, polite and engaging. A month or so ago I referred my daughter, Carrie Becker in NH, to Trupanion.

Very easy and quick claim process.
This was my first experience filing a claim for my new puppy. Submitting the claim and uploading the invoice through my laptop was very easy. I received emails about the status of my claim and was pleased with the response time for completing my claim.

Excellent representatives
Jacob is an excellent representative of a great company that clearly cares about both their team members as well as the pets the care for with Trupanion when they need it most. Baxter our beautiful Cocker Spaniel boy is our baby and he is very sick with Lymphonia and would not be here today if it were not for Trupanion. The situation is even worse now, as my employer unexpectedly shut down after months of promises to pay the employees. Now we are all struggling to stay above water making situations like we have faced with Baxter all the more stressful. Its so nice to have a person like Jacob who went above and beyond to assist us at this time of need. Thank you Jacob and thank you Trupanion for being a company with compassion. Dwain
