When I received my decision, I was unclear on some remarks made on the document. I left an email and within a day I was called to explain the remarks. I called back and spoke with a most pleasant young woman. All of my dealings have been great.

I always recommend Trupanion to my friends with fur children. Trupanion is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with - EVER! Service is prompt and friendly. We lost our home in the firestorm in Sonoma County on 10/9/17. I was late in submitting several claims due this catastrophic event in our lives. Not only did Trupanion allow my late claims, but they also sent a card expressing their concern. GREAT GREAT PEOPLE AND COMPANY!! THANK YOU!

Pets Best is playing a huge part in getting our girl back to healthy.
We never considered pet insurance until my daughter's 8 year old maltipoo had to be put asleep after a spinal injury. We looked at a few different companies and decided on Pets Best for our 2 Maltese ages 5 and 6. The 5 year old maltipoo had been very healthy. After about 1 month on the plan she had diarrhea. We thought it was something that an injection and some medication would take care of. But it did not get better. After multiple vet visits and bringing in a specialist, she was diagnosed with protein losing enteropathy. Her protein and albumin levels were very low, she lost weight and you could feel her rib cage and spine when you would pet her. After 4 months of medications and close monitoring, she is starting to turn the corner and get better. Pets Best has been wonderful during the process. All claims have been paid timely and as expected. We thank Pets Best for playing a huge part in hopefully getting our girl back to health.
