Trupanion is just an all-around GREAT company. They care and it comes across in all they do!
Trupanion is, hands down, one of the best companies I have ever done business with. Trupanion cares and it comes across in all they do. We lost our house in the October 19, 2017 firestorm in Santa Rosa CA and I was late in submitting several claims. Not only did Trupanion promptly process the late claims, but they also sent a card signed by their team members expressing their concern. I love this company. They truly care. You will feel the difference.

Exemplary customer service!
My dog, Hero has Epilepsy.....he has to have constant refills for his prescription. The Customer Service has, and I'm sure will continue to be EXEMPLARY! I never have a problem getting reimbursed.

I tell everyone about Trupanion!
I tell everyone about Trupanion! I wish my human health insurance was as supportive and fast acting as Trupanion!!! My 8 year old German Shepherd has many health issues. Just recently she had emergency surgery for BLOAT. When one chooses to have a breed that can have many different health issues, Dog insurance is a must! We have never been denied a claim from Trupanion. I can not say enough about the communication that Trupanion gives you when dealing with a claim. Trupanion is updated by email/text through every step of the claim process. All of the representatives I have dealt with have truly been real not just reading a script or trying to get me off the phone. They truly are very helpful and care about what is happening with my pet. One of my dog s health issues happened at a time that I was dealing with some serious health issues. I had to call Trupanion to check on something. After a very caring phone conversation, the representative was so kind and she sent a follow up Get Well card for both me and my dog. When I called this past time from the VCA hospital not knowing if my dog was going to live... the representative calmed me down and was so supportive. I am not being paid or given anything to say/write this... I wish more companies were run like Trupanion. I get what I0 pay for and MORE with Trupanion. They truly care, they don't mess around, they just get it done... whatever it is that I need from them!
