Very very poor and disappointing.
Because of a statement that I made that had no effect on the claim whatsoever and the condition my cat suffered I was declined the claim several times. I had to jump through loops to prove that a bladder obstruction was NOT a pre existing condition and had to call my VERY busy vet to write a letter to this disappointing excuse of an insurance company that I shouldnt be declined this claim and punished for using the resources given to me. Overall I will NEVER recommend this insurance company to anyone who want actual care of their pet or even mediocre. I am highly disappointed in you guys and will never give it another chance.

My cat recently required emergency vet care due to weekend illness and required follow up care for one month. Your website is customer friendly and easy to navigate for forms, claim submittal and follow up. I can't think of any suggestions for improvement.

Great claim process
Claim process was easy, best part was direct payment to my back account. only issue i have are the email communications are not always clear and not very personal. otherwise, coverage is great and it did what they said they would do. i got paid on an ER claim and a routine care claim- great to know i have this
