I can't say enough good things about healthy paws! My parents told me to get pet insurance when I got my first dog and boy am I glad I listened to them! Healthy Paws has been a lifesaver for both of my dogs with unforeseen incidents/medical procedures. Healthy Paws makes it so easy to upload documents. They follow up with a full and detailed explanation shortly after. They even checked back in a few weeks later to see how my dogs were feeling!! Healthy Paws is 100% worth getting!

Best Pet Insurance
I have had other pet insurance in the past and Healthy Paws is the best. The staffing is very helpful and caring when you call. Filing a claim is easy and reimbursement is fast. My Norwich Terrier was in the ICU for five days and I would not have been able to afford this and save my dog without Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. I would recommend Healthy Paws without hesitation.

Nationwide helped my dog.
My dog Jackson the Lab has had vet visits for minor and major problems. Nationwide has helped ease the financial burden and the representatives have been friendly and helpful. The website is great I like to log on and review my claims.

Thanks for saving my best friend
I am so grateful to have insurance through Healthy Paws, especially the unlimited amount per incident. It was reassuring knowing I had the funds to save my best friend when he had to have X-Rays and abdominal surgery to remove a swallowed toy. The claim process was quick and efficient also. Did not follow up with what was needed to complete my claim
This was around my second claim to embrace (wellness) claim. So when i sent in a claim that was wellness and nothing more then a teeth cleaning. Embrace went out there way to list claim as medical because of the stage one periodontal cleaning that was listed and they say its covered even though they have to check pre history to cover and to me what i see is there is a possibility of them declining the claim instead of just accepting the wellness claim in a timly maner, they take close to a month to finley accept the claim and i had to call them 4 to 5 times to get stuff in order because there was no one ever keeping me in the loop. I understand there doing job from checking history... But no one called me to get the ball rolling. Not happy embrace your better then this....(I hope) only time will tell.

Had to call, but got payment
My 22 month old cat got a UTI. She was, after diagnostics, diagnosed with cystitis which had caused inflimation. Instead of steroids the Dr. Prescribed a supplement to help. They sent back that i was missing the diagnosis. I had to call and explain the diagnosis is there and why we chose what we chose. They paid the 90% which was nice. But if there is a diagnosis maybe do research before sending it back declined.

They are the best insurance for your pets! They are caring and honest. EvenTheir website and to file a claim is very simple and user friendly. They are quick and their customer service is great! I reccomend Healthy Paws to everyone!!!
