wish I would be able to set up my online account using my phone.

Great service. So far having my pet insurance has really paid off. However every time I try to set up online services with my phone it won't keep the numbers I enter, and it won't let me continue without them.

Claims process and website needs some adjustment

Navigating any insurance company and the claims process takes time and feels as though there were a lot of issues along the way. If you are in the business of customer care, please take the time to review the process for a new customer to submit a claim, navigate the different systems and apps to get payment. For example, you provide an easy way to submit the receipts on an app, but it is a 3rd party app and required me to make 2 calls to get it set up properly. I have never had to call for help to set up an app before! And the Nationwide rep wouldn't help me at all - but referred me to the 3rd party. Then payment comes from Chase online, which was another set up of an account, linking to my bank, etc. Once all of that is set up, things work. But goodness it is a LOT of work to get it to that point. And now I have to someone remember all of this for the next claim that may not come for several months.

Nationwide Pet Insurance is wonderful

Absolutely the best pet insurance ever... We love you Guys... Thx

I can only say if it wasn’t for Nationwide I would not have my BFF Bilx (English Bulldog) today. They were right on time when we needed them. Not just once but every time. They even checked on us after his surgery to make sure Bilx was doing well. You cannot get better than that. We cannot thank the good people at Nationwide enough. Keep up the great work. P.S. Their pricing is more than fair and reasonable. I’m retired Army and on a budget.
