Nationwide has always been very responsive to claims and my policy is easy to understand, explaining clearly what is covered.
Nationwide is excellent. I have been very happy for four years now with the customer service and ease of filing claims, as well as timeliness in receiving claims checks.

Get Trupanion for your fur babies - it's so worth it.
We never had pet insurance before my work started offering Trupanion at a 10% discount (great perk by the way). We rescued a pup and at the age of two she had her first mast cell tumor. She just had 3 more removed. Our second pup is super healthy but we keep them both covered because "you just never know what your gonna get" with pets or people. It may seem like a lot of money to pay each month for two dogs, but as we have discovered, it is worth it. We have been thankful that we have been able to manage these issues without even thinking twice. We are less likely to put our dog down for something that can be medically managed now. Plus, this is a local company (another bonus) and you actually feel like they care for you and your pets when you deal with them. Unless things change, or the prices go way up, I will continue to use Trupanion.

Easy, seamless claim process
When we decided to sign up for pet insurance there were many options--I'm so glad we decided on Trupanion. Our vet submits any bills to them and within 24-48 hours we receive notification of the claim. In addition, we are informed how the process will proceed (i.e., claim review, deductibles, etc.). After this any payment comes within 7-10 days. The fact our vet has a 'direct line' to Trupanion takes the claim process out of our hands--it doesn't get any easier.

Delighted with Nationwide Whole Pet with Wellnes Coverage - Best in Class!
I have been delighted with Nationwide, and even with multiple pre-existing condition exclusions for one of my dogs, the amount of coverage, timely and easy reimbursement process (after setup), and multiple communication support options has been fabulous - we are now in year 2! While premiums are a little more expensive than some other companies, when you consider the coverage it is easy to see the value, Such peace of mind with Nationwide... simply priceless! I am in animal rescue as a volunteer and keep an eye on the insurance industry and offerings and dollar for dollar I highly recommend Nationwide Whole Pet with Wellness.

Embrace is the BEST pet health insurance there is !!!
I purchased pet health insurance from Embrace for my 2 dogs 4 years ago My annual deductible was $500 but was surprised and very happy to find out that the deductible went down to only $300 because I had not needed to make any claims on my pets since I purchased the insurance A month ago my 9 year old dog began experiencing severe pain and extensive costly testing was required and on going acupuncture and chiropractic care is needed After my deductible was met (very easily with the MRI and CT Scans) 80% of all of my bills have been processed and refunded to me very quickly I highly recommend Embrace Pet Health Insurance to all who are looking for a reliable pet insurance company !!!!

Pet Insurance was one of our best investments!
Investing in pet insurance is one of the best things we’ve done! It gives us such peace of mind knowing that our pets will be taken care of if something happens and we don’t have to worry about how we’ll afford their emergency care. Quick Turn Around
I have been using a technique where I take a picture of the claim document and receipt from the vet and attach it to an e-mail message to Nationwide Pet Insurance. The system works a lot faster than it did a few years ago. Mailing the claim from New York to California took forever.
