Reimbursed cancer treatment claims promptly.

My 11 year old Golden was recently diagnosed with malignant melanoma. Embrace has covered the sizable vet bills related to his treatment and has processed and paid the related claims within a week. Am completely satisfied with their insurance coverage and customer service.

Policy really helps with the hard decisions.

When we got Dusty 8 years ago, a work associate told me about VPI as he covered his Golden Retriever. We really like the ease of making claims and the quick response. Great service and no hassles. We always joke that Dusty has better medical insurance than a lot of our human population.

Easiest claims ever

Claims are quick and easy with the app. Most claims are processed with a few weeks. If I could change anything it would be to cover preventative medicine and to auto deposit claim refunds versus sending an email to confirm.

Get your furry family ASPCA Pet Health Insurance!

In the past few months I had to take two of my dogs to the Emergency Vet. Daisy got in a dog fight and had a puncture wound on her face. She looked like a zombie with bright red blood in her white fur. I didn't have to worry about being able to afford the vet care that she needed, even though it was after hours for the regular vet. Then my other dog, Blueberry, didn't chew a rawhide enough and it got stuck in his digestive tract. We didn't realize he had a blockage until days later when he started to look sick. By then he was dehydrated and the situation was getting serious. While he was able to avoid surgery, he had to stay at the Emergency Hospital for over 24 hours on IV fluids, IV antibiotics and IV pain killers. The blockage was shockingly expensive to treat at $2500 without even needing surgery. ASPCA Pet Health Insurance processed the claims quickly and the refunded was deposited directly into my checking account. Thank goodness!

Easy to navigate web site, but slow in reimbursement

I love having pet insurance for my dog - being able to download a prefilled out form makes things very easy. The web site is easy to use and easy to get claim status. I only used the call-in service once, but was pleased with the result. Only one complaint - it takes too long to get reimbursement - I find it takes about a month and I'd like to see this improved.

Superb Service

Millie was recused from a shelter in January 2016 and she has been a blessing to our family. When we adopted her, we decided to shop around for the BEST pet insurance so that we wouldn't worry about making tough decisions on vet expenses. After receiving several quotes and reading tons of reviews, we decided the BEST and most AFFORDABLE pet insurance was through Nationwide Pet Insurance. This has been the best decision I've ever made! All my claims have been paid shortly after submission, and Customer Service is always helpful and super friendly. It gives me peace of mind knowing that Millie can go to the vet whenever she is feeling poorly or needs surgery and my out of pocket cost is 10% of the total bill. The monthly charge I'm paying is well worth every penny. Thank you Nationwide!
