Affordable, compassionate, life saving and lifetime coverage
I can't say enough good things about Trupanion Insurance. When I bought this for my little min pin just in case she broke a leg, I never dreamed she would get megaesophagus and pneumonia. Without this coverage, I would not have been able to afford all the wonderful care she requires and is now receiving. After meeting the deductible, getting back 90% from all my bills and having her covered for life for this condition is more than I could have imagined was possible! I highly recommend this insurance to every pet owner. You'll be amazed at what this coverage provides and how it make caring for your dog affordable. The claims process is super easy and the response time is super fast. Who could ask for anything more??!! Thank you, Trupanion.

Thank you for helping cover Pauly D's recent vet expenses even if it was slow to process and issue a reimbursement!
I am happy Nationwide covered Pauly's recent vet expenses related to a herniated disc. It was so easy to submit claim forms online. I am still waiting on my reimbursement check though, which says it was approved on 10/16, today is 10/30. I think next time I will choose direct deposit. I am still very happy knowing they are on Pauly's side and will help to offset the cost of unexpected vet bills. Our bill was $3000+ due to an MRI to diagnose sudden pain in his neck and carrying his head low.

My Tori, being a baby, and toy addict swallowed something she should not have. I believe it was a "tuff" toy covering, she was sluggish bet not to bad all day, then all of a sudden she was,nt about 11 pm on a friday. i could tell she was in trouble, Only ER vets were open, by that time she was vomiting blood, She had a blockage and probably would of died if not seen that night. If ASPCA was not such a great company,cared so much, called to check on her, paid the claim very quickly, the peace of mind for this and any future problems my 2 pups and 1 kitten might face in their hopefully long lives,is priceless.

Good Coverage, Slow Processing
I really like the coverage that Nationwide offers with accident/illness and wellness visits, but find it extremely inconvenient that it takes over 3 weeks to process my claims even though I submit them online. I’ve worked with other pet insurers that make it a priority to process claims within 2 business days.
