Best Pet Insurance Ever!

Great Pet Insurance! I have had this insurance since i bought my little shih tzu, 8 years ago! Thank God it came with her Purchase. She has had to have two back surgeries that would have put me in the poor house! I had the policies that paid for 90% and i paid 10% . I had Care Credit with no interest that help me pay it off!Trupanion never gave me a problem at ! They took care of it all with no questions asked. Thank You Trupanion! You are a life saver, and continue to be!

Nationwide Pet insurance is worth every penny!

I am so happy that I purchased this insurance for my cat. It gives a piece of mind that you can’t put a price on. The customer service is amazing and the reimbursement process is very smooth!

Worth every penny.

I believe I know quality insurance. I have worked with dental insurance for at least 20 years. Your plans were easy to read and make an informed decision . I have the wellness policy 90% for 2 dogs. I know it is a bit pricey but to me its worth it. Now when my dog Brandy had to have Patellar Luxate surgery the decision to go ahead with it was easy. I was also pleased that my veterinary hospital was experienced in processing the insurance claim. I just wish that I had invested in pet insurance 30 years ago because the decisions I made for my furry friends would not have been so heartbreaking. Thank you, for being there when I needed you.

We haven't had to put in any claims since we began with Trupanion. However, I feel that if we did, we would be treated fairly, quickly and with respect and professionalism

Healthy Paws is the BEST!

I have relied on Healthy Paws Pet Insurance on 3 different occasions for my cat (acute infection, dental problem, ruptured abscess). Each time, the process has been straightforward and stress-free. Payment has been prompt and customer service has been excellent. Thank you very much to Healthy paws for providing outstanding professional service whenever my pet has required urgent and unexpected veterinary care and treatment (because that is exactly *why* I purchased a pet insurance policy).

You made this event easier on us.

Our cat Felix is getting older. He's always been an explorer and an adventurer, but these days he's more content to sit on a lap. This last event was an emergency trip to the local vet as he was very ill. They had to really dig in to see what was wrong because he tends to hide it well. Turns out he had an infection in his digestive track. The vet was stellar, and Nationwide made the claim process very easy for us. It helped to have the policy in place as we were more confident working with the vet to diagnose his problem. His brother died 2 years ago early, and we didn't want that to happen again. Thanks for making this so easy.

rip off!

I do not recommend this company. I looked at my auto pay and my policy went from $39 to $50 without any notice. I have been with this company less then a year and they increased my premium 30%. Haven't even made one claim. I called customer service and spoke to Jamie. She advised me that an email was sent 60 days ago to inform me if the increase but never opened.. That's because It was not received . I never delete emails and checked my spam box and NADA!!! I will be searching for a new company and filing a complaint with the BBB!!

Great service

All interactions with Pets+Us have been very good. Payouts have been quick when required. Would have given a 5 star however we were misinformed about one matter upon signup and I feel in fairness that had to count. Going forward though I expect no issues. Very compassionate representatives.
