My dog Rocco had TTA surgery and ASPCA not only paid the claim quickly, they followed up to see how he was feeling, and I have had nothing but great customer service from ASPCA. Troy has been a wonderful agent that has been caring and thoughful of me as a member, and genuinely concerned with my pet's care. I love this company. So happy to have my pet covered by such an outstanding organization.

I'm so glad I chose to insure all my dogs with Nationwide
I've been very happy with what claims are paid and how much is covered. Claims adjusting takes longer than I had expected. The process could be more streamlined for insured and insurer. Overall I'm very satisfied and would continue coverage on all my dogs and I highly recommend anyone with a pet who doesn't have unlimited funds also carry coverage and Nationwide's Whole Health is my choice.

The whole process was so simple and easy
The whole process was so simple and easy. I logged on to the app to research "how to file a claim" and discovered it was as easy as snapping a picture of my detailed receipt, answering a few questions and clicking submit. I got immediate notification that my claim was received, got an email a few days later with the explanation of benefits and payment was in my account shortly after that. It is so reassuring to know I no longer have to worry about taking my darling doggie to the vet. Thanks Pets Best!
