Pets Best is truly the BEST.
Pets Best is truly the BEST. The website is extremely easy to use from adding another pet to submitting a claim, it just couldn't be any easier. The claim process is user friendly, the way in which the decision was reached is also easy to understand and payment was in my mailbox within days. I have recommended Pets Best to my friends and family and will continue to do so.

I will be cancelling soon
Although your employees were very helpful and polite. I was disappointed to find out that they called our dogs condition preexisting. It ended up costing us $3000.00. We had got insurance because our last visit cost 8000.00 we were hoping to Alene some of the financial pressure but nothing was covered. Seems as though Trupanion will be able to link any illness to this first problem and never cover anything. I will be cancelling soon I think

Great customer service
The help Jessica Boggs gave me was great. I tried 4 times to fax over a claim and it went nowhere, or was lost. I sent Jessica a copy, she verified with my vet and in 3 days the claim was paid. Great employee Trupanion has in her.

Fast claims payment
Fast claims payment, direct deposit of checks to account. Excellent phone support and ease of filing claims. Would be a 10 but Trupanion no longer pay for heartworm tests at yearly checkup.

Large premium increases
It used to be a STRONG 10, and I HAVE recommended Trupanion to ANYONE I meet, especially if they are getting a new dog. However, the sudden large increases over just a year increment (almost $20 one year and $17 just recently) has disappointed me. YES, there are MANY benefits with Trupanion for sure but I feel like making claims HAS made my premiums go up though I have been told that isn't true. I APPRECIATE all the help I have been getting from Trupanion but just wish the increases were lower $5-10 a year. My dog's policy has DOUBLED in less than 4 years! =( (My conversation with Kasie was good though and she was VERY helpful!)
