I am very pleased with HealthyPaws as the insurance carrier for my Frenchie. My boy has had a decently long list of health issues. Being a bulldog is not easy as they come with many issues. My boy had various surgeries and treatments. HealthyPaws been there the whole time and covered him. Having this security is helping me greatly to reduce my stress level as well. HealthyPaws is highly recommended and has a great team of caring and supportive personnel on the phone and filing the claims online is a breeze as well. HealthyPaws is the way to go for insurance!!

Excellent customer service
I picked trupanion because I could pick my deductable. They also don't change your rate based on the animals age. Of your rate is 20 bucks it stays at 20 bucks. They do vet direct bill. And I can literally call 24/7 and speak to someone with no wait time.

Absolutely The BEST!
My Cowboy was recently diagnosed with Cushing's - this was during a major life event of moving my household to another state. The customer service I received from Trupanion was beyond anyone could ask for. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. The ease of submitting my claim was very easy which I was grateful that it didn't cause any additional stress. Thank you.

Straightforward, easy to submit claims without hassle
Very straightforward system and easy to submit claims via the app (though it does takes several weeks for claims to process - hopefully that can be sped up). Love that all his records are in one place. Wish my own health insurance was this easy!
