I am very please with the way my claims for Rookie are processed. I really appreciate the option to have payments electronically credited to my account. The claims are being processed quickly and efficiently.

Your claims take too way long to process
I have had VPI for about 20 years and have been incredibly satisfied. However, I know your policy states claims can take up to a month, but when large vet bills are charged to a credit card, I need to pay that card with the money I receive back from insurance; or, I need to know in a more timely matter that a claim is ineligible for reimbursement so I can make other arrangements. Whenever I have had to make adjustments in my budget to save money, I never ever look to cut VPI- the coverage has been invaluable to me over the years, but improving your turnaround time is something that really needs to happen. I do commend you for the recent option of linking my account with Chase. I am very happy to receive those reimbursements a lot quicker through electronic transfer, but please do something to improve the turnaround time on claims! Regards- Catherine Strull

I wouldn't use any other pet insurance.
Our dog Ruby had a stroke of bad luck one week. Ruby was attacked at our local dog park and had a few bite wounds; she also was running in the woods with us and cut open her leg on a stick. I can't imagine what we would have done without Nationwide. Their app is so easy to use and I was able to submit our claims the same day Ruby went to the vet. They make it so easy and I love that Nationwide even checked in to see how Ruby was doing! Thank you for being so easy to use, friendly, cost-effective, and caring. We even have Nationwide for our two guinea pigs!
