I am so very thankful for my pet insurance. I’ve had a really tough year with my little Bridgette Oatmeal and you guys have been with me every step of the way. There is such a feeling of relief that washes over you when you get that explanation of benefits email and you can see how your claim was handled. You guys have all been amazing to work with and have answered all of my questions along the way!

my Trupanion experience has been top-drawer
From my first interaction with a representative over the phone, my Trupanion experience has been top-drawer and I m so glad to have the coverage. I was really worried about my dog, and it was so helpful to know the specifics of his coverage and what I could expect. The claim was paid very quickly. I can t say enough good things. Super, super, super!

this claim process went fairly smooth
While this claim process went fairly smoothly, I was caught off guard that each condition had a $100 deductible - as with most insurance products I was under the impression that I had a deductible applicable once per calendar year. This just leaves me with the perception that there are too many exceptions to the policy and that things need to be made clearer. I had to call a rep to clarify
