Paid for itself within a week of my policy being active

Right after her policy became active, our beagle had a blockage in her stomach which required her to be hospitalized/monitored for a few days. Knowing that we had nationwide made me feel confident in ensuring she had the best care regardless of cost. My biggest fear in purchasing health insurance was that agencies would skirt around assuming the costs, but almost everything on her bill was covered. I wish we had more communication during the review process, but once we were informed about which expenses were reimbursed we were quickly paid. The entire review process/payment took about 5 weeks.

Great insurance policy but..........

Great coverage and no hassle insurance payments via electronic deposit....however the time to process payments has drastically gone up, customer service provides scripted responses that no update for payments can be provided till 30 days are over, now the payments take 30 days, at least to come in.

Very impressed and happy with Pets Best

I've only had the insurance a little over a week and already used the wellness plan for a neutering, microchip and heartworm test. They reimbursed me with the exact amounts the plan described, through direct deposit in 3 business days. The Pets Best iPhone app works great. I did everything within the app, I submitted my claim, added my dogs photo, and you can update any pet or owner info with it. So far I'm very happy with the insurance.

feel secured, confident

Best insurance out there. It's nice to know that one thing I don't have to worry about when one of my pets need medical attention, is Knowing that I have a good company to take care of the burden and help me threw any hard decisions. I'm glad I have ASPCA insurance. I have told many friends and family that this is the best one out there And they agree!

An absolutely, surprisingly pain-free experience.

An absolutely, surprisingly pain-free experience. And may I add...a quick claim reimbursement. We jumped through zero hoops during the claims process. Granted, we were required to provide thorough records and medical resources for our dog, but once completed, we didn't hear from Trupanion again until a deposit was made to our banking account. A definite win having Trupanion coverage.
