Rude and undependable
Was at the ER with my furkid and the customer service rep was difficult and finally got to speak to a manager or supervisor with the ER financial gal listening to entire conversation trying to help me. Phone was disconnected or she hung up. Never called me back even tho they have my number ObViously! I called back and they said she was “busy” and couldn’t take my call. Then to top it off the cost of this visit was not reimbursed but a small fraction. Absolute TOTAL rip off and so disappointing!!!! I am letting all my friends know if this experience and how it is not worth the cost or hassle. I called after 4 weeks when reimbursement claim was done and was told I could resubmit. I said when were they going to tell me about that option if I didn’t call yo ask. She said I would receive a letter. NO letter and about 7 weeks plus out.

Slow...
Once you submit the claim, it literally takes forever to be processed and get the check! It shouldn’t take that long to process the claim and cut a check. We have been customers since 2009 and it has slowly gotten so much worse with response time!
