The claims process is quick
The claims process is quick and filing a claim is very simple; in fact, my vet s office will even do it for me if I ask them. The e-mail correspondence is greatly appreciated as it allows me to know you received the claim as you confirm receipt and you advise it is being reviewed. Then, within a week or so, I receive the check in the mail with a full explanation of benefits. It could not be easier and I also like the fact that if I have any questions at all, customer service is just one phone call away and a representative is ALWAYS so easy to reach without going through the burden of navigating an automated system.

Trupanion has always reimbursed me
Trupanion has always reimbursed me for any qualified expense, no questions asked of me. When I have phoned for pre approval of procedures, the representative has been helpful, pleasant, and so far all have been approved.
