You were there for us, Figo!
My 6-year old boxer mix started limping. After a couple vet visits, it was determined that she would need knee surgery and follow-up visits. I filed my claim for the surgery from my phone immediately after settling the bill, and received an email stating the claim had been closed by Figo later that same afternoon. The reimbursement was sent directly to my bank account and made available a few days later. All the claims filed post-surgery have been reviewed and paid promptly. The level of service I received from Figo through this stressful time has been outstanding! Very thankful we chose Figo as the pet insurer for our dog. Thank you, Figo!

I have had in brace for 12 months and have had two claims and they covered both. They have excellent customer service and he fast turnaround time in regards to any claims.

Incredibly quick and efficient response on all aspects of the claim.
I have to admit that I was surprised at how easy the process of submitting a claim was and how quickly the claim was settled. I didn’t mail in my forms till 1/7 and there was an email response indicating that they had received them by 1/10. In just a few days they indicated that all claims were approved and that a check would be forthcoming. I received four checks that totaled a little over $2000 for a claim of $3000. My policy had a deductible of $500 and even that was lowered to $400 since I had not made a claim for two years so my $500 deductible was reduced $50 a year. I am truly impressed with Embrace Pet Insurance.

Very easy and fast claims process
Our pug puppy Nando has had a few minor health problems during his first year of life and we've been grateful to help Nationwide on our side. Submitting claims using the VitusVet app is extremely easy and claims have been processed quickly. I don't always remember the benefit limits and exceptions so have had to read the EOB or speak to Nationwide on a couple of occasions - those interactions always end with clarity. I feel the coverage is fair and good value, and gives me comfort that I won't ever be in a position where I have to sacrifice the quality of my pet's care out of fear that my insurance won't provide reasonable coverage.
