Awesome communication. EOB that is supplied w claim is awesome.
Trupanion sends letter stating processing claim and states if needs more information will let us know. We receive explanation of how claim processed and what applied where. It is awesome customer service. My older dog has different insurance (didn’t know about Trupanion and dog too old to change) and has never paid a thing. Just continues sending letters saying need info. When call they are reprossessing. Never an EOB. Trupanion is awesome in keeping you informed throughout whole process. Definitely would I pick Trupanion if have another pet and would recommend to anyone.

Nationwide Pet Insurance is OUTSTANDING!
This was the second claim we filed for our Lab through Nationwide, and both times they were processed and paid very quickly, and communication from Nationwide throughout the process was excellent. I will always recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance, and glad our dog is covered by them!

Nationwide Pet coverage to the rescue!
Hannah had an allergy flair up that progressed to a skin infection. She was miserable and ended up at the vet MULTIPLE times during the holidays. The bills stacked up and the allergy med was very expensive. Add repeated office appointments, ear meds and skin sprays all un expected expenses during a time of year where budgets are already stretched--it was a situation that easily could have played Grinch to our Christmas spending. Thankfully, Nationwide allowed QUICK email form submission and prompt reimbursements. I was able to easily manage the care Hannah needed at our regular vet and not worry about the expense being a hardship for the family.

Always very timely and supportive of our claims. Generally skeptical of insurance companies and what they will agree to cover, but Nationwide has been a pleasant surprise, accepting claims for virtually all of my dog's health care needs. I wish they provided health insurance for people!
