A customer for life
Healthy Paws has gained a customer for life from me, with my current pet and any other pet I may have in the future. I cannot thank them and recommend them enough for the amazing service they are running. Last year has been a bit rough for my Maltese, from neutering to bilateral hernias, but the ease and speed in which Healthy Paws handle claims made it invaluably easier. Now I make sure to tell everyone who has a pet or is considering to adopt a pet to get Healthy Paws.

I have been recommending this insurance to all my friends. I was very happy you honored my claim. This illness is covered on my policy but I heard bad things about other pet insurance companies. Great insurance company!
Have had this insurance for approximately 5 years (since Boss was a puppy), Never have put in a claim until now. When growths were discovered on pets gums, was able to find a reasonable charge for removal, etc. When claim submitted, they were quick in responding with explanations and refunds. Would recommend this organization to anyone. When speaking with representatives, they were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Great job Pets Best!

Pets Best Insurance Make Claims Impossible. Beware
We signed our Doberman puppy Betsy up in the hope nothing would happen. Being a puppy she got sick and hurt a leg. Pets Best insurance did there utmost to deny any claims - "for lack of information". They were provided receipts from the vet visits - including emergency care - AND permission to access records from our vet. After FOUR months of back and forward - emails and calls - I was told everything was sorted and we were good to go. A few days later, we receive an email stating all claims have been denied - due to "lack of evidence". Never again. We will be changing providers ASAP. Pets Best are a terrible company. BEWARE.

Quick and Compassionate Service
Pets Plus Us customer service has always been polite, professional and compassionate. Their response to submitted claims has been very quick, usually within a week, and money is deposited directly into my bank account. The claim form is straightforward and if filled in correctly there is never any delay in processing. We recently went through a very costly, lengthy and emotional illness with our sweet girl Sadie and it was very reassuring to know you could say yes without hesitation when faced with the high cost of diagnostics associated with your pets illness. Unfortunately, we incurred costs far above what Pets Plus Us coverage we had and Sadie ultimately died of her illness but the financial help gave us an opportunity to try and help our pet and not put her down without even knowing what was wrong. There was also additional coverage above our annual maximum for cremation. Highly recommend insurance if you are going to get a dog and we have always had excellent service from Pets Plus Us.

We would be LOST without Healthy Paws. Our puppy was fine until we went to have her spayed and her blood came back with irregularities and many more tests needed to be done. I was a mess! Not only did Healthy Paws help me understand my coverage, the claim submission was effortless and the checks came within a week of my claims and I had several totaling more than $3000 worth of vet bills. They checked in on Riley and asked me how she was. They asked me how I was. In a million years I could not imagine an insurance company offering so much assistance and demonstrating so much care and compassion for my “fur baby,” they called her. And she is just like a child to me. I would emphatically recommend them to anyone. Especially for new puppies... you truly have no idea what can come up and you need coverage. If we had to pay for all of her tests, procedures and biopsies out of pocket, we may have been forced to make a diffficult decision. We didn’t have to thank goodness because Healthy Paws coverage helped us with everything. I’m very grateful to the staff that had patience for all my questions and just listened when I cried about being scared for my puppy. Can’t say enough about Healthy Paws. Compassionate, professional and very easy to work with. 10 stars if I could!!

Great Customer Service
I've had ASPCA Pet Insurance on my three Labs since about 2010 and I've always received excellent customer service. The claims process has never been a problem and over the years it has become even easier. Recently I decided to make adjustments to my policies and was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Quinn, the representative that took my call. I absolutely recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance - frequently.

Responsive and Helpful When We Needed It
We had a rough year with our girl, having to undergo two emergency surgeries for gut-related issues. Nationwide was there to cover a majority of the costs, and even followed up with an email to see how she was doing. For anyone who has four-legged family members, definitely get pet insurance and go with Nationwide.
