I have been a customer for 11 years since I first got my puppies and they are almost 12 years old now. Claim is fast and easy with online claim form rather than filling out the paper form and having the vet to sign it like years ago. I also love the fact that you are now linked to my vet so most claims can Ben done right on the spot. Thanks for taking care of my babies for the past 11 years
