Nationwide has always been great.

Nationwide has always been great. Just wish claims would process a little faster sometimes but other than that...no complaints. I have recommended to others.

Thank goodness for Nationwide Pet Insurance !!!

Nationwide was there to help me with a claim for my dog Anya. She was hurt during a grooming accident and needed surgery. She is doing much better and healing well. The peace of mind of knowing you have insurance like this for your pet in times of unforeseen events is just amazing to have this type of insurance.

Auto claim response?

I've Pet Insurance for 20 years, 5 dogs. I submitted a claim Jan7th and called Jan 29th as I had not heard from this insurance. When I called I heard the claim had been denied. I submitted the usual invoices. I was asked to re-submit which I did. Next day I receive an email saying I did not submit the invoices. I called again and was informed that all the paperwork was correct and I didn't need to be concerned. I spoke with "Megan" today at 8:34am, I assume there is a disconnect in communication and auto emails are sent. I travel a great deal out of the country and don't always have wifi access. My dogs are now going to Heaven do to their ages and my vet bills are about 20K a year now, two don't have insurance. So, I need to have solid communication. I've had decent response over the years, however this lack of communication has been unclear.
