Very easy and quick!
I recently submit a claim for my dog's ultrasound with a cardiologist. I immediately received a 'receipt' of my claim through my email, and within days I was sent a notification that my claim was approved and the reimbursement was being processed and within no time I saw the money in my account. Very easy and quick!

Very happy with Nationwide Pet Ins. Recently had to put it for major surgery for Heidi, Nationwide really came through.
Very happy with Nationwide Pet Ins. Recently had to put in for major surgery Heidi. Nationwide really came through and help to offset major expense. Heidi is doing much better now, having to overcome a fracture, a complication after ligament and knee surgery.

Healthy Paws is the best!!
Healthy Paws is there for you and your pet 100%. We just recently had our dog undergo emergency surgery because he swallowed a rock and Healthy Paws was there every step of the way. They also have the best user-friendly app!

Smooth Sailing
Quinn had a wicked case of Kennel cough. He contracted it 2 days before Christmas. We went to the emergency dept because of course his coughing got much worse after 6 pm. I submitted my claims from the emergency Dep’t, as well as, his follow up visit to his primary care vet and everything went perfectly. I was reimbursed promptly.

Caring and Excellent Coverage
A letter to Healthy Paws Customer Care when they had sent an email out to me asking how Princess, our 9 lb MaltiPoo was doing after her surgery Thank you for caring about and checking on our Princess. She is recovering well from the surgeries. The sutures were removed this week. It has been and continues to be an intensive recovery for her and us because of the ulcer on her remaining eye. Under a great ophthalmologist care, we have agreed as her parents, to do our very best to do what is needed to heal the ulcer that is on her remaining eye. To accomplish this we are providing eyedrops, anabiotic, anti-inflammatory, and several others all working toward healing her cornea. We are on régime that provides those eyedrops every two, four and eight hours respective to the particular medication. So my husband and I are staying up 24-7 to be sure she gets everything possible to save the eyesight and the eye. Our hearts break to see our little 2 1/2 year old have to go through all this, but she has been a little trooper to put up living in a hood and with being awakened for her medications. Thank for being so supportive to us, so that we can provide Princess with every chance to save her remaining eye. Without your financial reimbursements, we would not have been able to afford this care for her. My husband and I are retired, so on a fixed income. We can’t thank you enough for your assistance and that you are very timely in processing these claims. We can see why you are the #1 Pet insurance company. Have a very blessed day and thank you again for checking on her, ( I just gave her a great big hug from you 😀)

I would definitely recommend Embrace to any and all pet owners. The Medical Insurance is efficient and straightforward. In addition, the Wellness Rewards Program functions like a savings account and all claims are handled in a timely manner. Embrace customer service is reliable and extremely helpful.

Trupanion is the absolute best pet insurance I have had.
I have had Pet Insurance with 3 companies and Trupanion is far and away the best. They pay claims quickly and accurately. I appreciate their professionalism, and the way they handle phone calls and questions. I recomnend Trupanion to everyone I know who has pets.
