No hassle, courteous, efficient and reliable response to invoices with payments and statements of disbursements.
First time to experience major illness with my yorkie that required surgery. Further lab reports requested for review. Direct contact was made to vet for additional information. Case was in review for weeks possibly due to holiday season. Full reimbursement issued. I was very satisfied as the disbursements.

Your service is absolutely excellent! The removal of a cancerous mass from the mouth of my young dog was a very traumatic situation. Quick and easy to process claims
Nationwide has always made it quick and easy to process my claims, especially now more than ever with the new online app. Love to have the peace of mind that my pet will be taken care of in case of any injury or surgery and that I will not have to make a decision based on the high cost of caring for my pet. Have been very pleased in the almost 2 years that I have had Nationwide pet insurance.

Pleasant to work with
Our dog was taken unexpectedly to the vet. It was unknown as to why she behaving the way she was. The tested were extensive to rule out a few options as she is only 8 lbs. The bill added up quickly. We have had Pets Best since we got her at 8 weeks old. She is soon turning 5. It's very easy to manage and the return is extremely timely. The company is very pleasant to work with.

Compassionate and understand pets are family.
About 5 months ago I lost my bullmastiff to cancer, she was an amazing dog. I made the decision 3 months later to get another mastiff, female puppy.
