Thank goodness we bought pet insurance!
Our puppy needed emergency stomach surgery, and it was expensive. Healthy Paws quickly processed our claim, and Toby is making a full recovery. I am now a strong advocate for pet insurance, and Healthy Paws has been excellent.

Easy and fast
I have put in several claims with Pets Best. It's easy and fast, and the responses are always timely, as are the reimbursements. Customer service has been helpful and friendly and that goes a long way!

Nationwide came through above and beyond our expectations
Nationwide processed our claim for emergency surgery in less than a week. Our Blue Cross claims aren't ever processed that quickly. I tell everyone I know with a pet that Nationwide is the best!

I am so thankful to have PetsBest Insurance!
I have 2 Giant Schnauzers. Both have had a run of some bad luck. If I had not had PetsBest, the financial struggle would be real. One of the benefits of PetsBest is having knowledgeable people at your fingertips. I was able to speak directly with a veterinarian about questions I had about my boy well after our regular vet had closed shop. The compassion for my situation was evident. I didn't think I would ever use that "perk".... but was so happy to have someone explain some information that I was getting mixed details when trying to research myself. The claims process is so easy and the responses and explanations are very quick.
