Thank you Hartville!

Hartville was slightly delayed processing my initial claim. I called and immediately was connected to a very helpful employee who promised to expedite my case and surely did! The claim was processed within 3 days and since that day all of my other claims have been quick. It’s been hassle free and I can always get help if needed.

AMAZING!!

Embrace is a wonderful insurance company. I can’t say enough about how they made this emotional and stressful time so much better, mostly because they handled my claim so fast but when I called to ask any questions the representatives always asked how Vader was doing. This insurance company will be the only one, I will ever use and will tell other pet parents how great, Embrace is!!

So Grateful for Trupanion Pet Insurance

My little dog Roxie went in for a routine teeth cleaning only to find out she needed two extractions. The amazing vet not only took excellent care of Roxie, their office filed the Trupanion Express Claim while I was there and it was so easy and quick. The very next day I received an email with the benefits that were paid and deposited into my account. Just like that! I didn't have to spend any time away from caring for Roxie to deal with paperwork. I can't say enough about my excellent customer experience from Trupanion. I recommend all my friends with fur babies get Trupanion pet insurance today!

Need to be more transparent with premium increases

I've had Nationwide Pet insurance for several years now and there are 2 main areas that need to be improved. First, the yearly increase of premium without sufficient explanation needs to change. I've called customer reps to find out why my premium increases and no one can provide a valid reason. This lack of transparency is unsettling. The second improvement that should be made is the process of submitting claims. It's not efficient. Having to fill out a claim form, print it, sign it, scan it and then email back to the insurance company is much too long. There should be the ability to take a picture of the invoice and send it directly via a mobile app.

So far, so good!

First and foremost, I have experienced nothing but great customer service. I filed my first claim and it was taken care of quickly and easily as expected. I would score a 10, however some points are lost for the fact that my premium increased after 1 year, substantially. However, because they have great customer service, they worked with me to figure out a way to make it work and for that I am thankful and grateful. The key will be the following years.

OUTSTANDING

I have filed SEVERAL claims and the claims service and process is OUTSTANDING!! One of my babies passed away and they sent me a card with their condolences. I was frustrated with one claim that I filed, but the card I received was SOOOOO heartfelt. It was at that very moment I said I will be a customer for life!! ???????

Awesome service, caring staff

My poor puppy has been thru the ringer - bit on the face at 10 weeks, and tearing both CCL's before she was 2 1/2 years old. That's a lot of surgeries and a lot of expenses! Healthy Paws is so fast at getting my reimbursements back, and all my correspondences with the staff have been great - they seem to really love pets and care about the health of my dog. She was able to get the physical therapy she needed, it was affordable for me, and we are back on the hiking trail!

So thankful for healthy paws pet insurance

When Mesa got sick, we took him to the vet and were told that it wasn't good. His liver enzymes were higher than their machine could count. We asked them if it was treatable and were told that it was but the cost would be high. I told them we had pet insurance and to do what they needed to do get him better. After 2 nights in the emergency vet, we took Mesa home and he is on his way to a full recovery. It cost more than $6000!! Less than a week later, we were reimbursed nearly $5000 from healthy paws. They are a godsend. The customer service was extraordinary and were pleasantly surprised by their concern and support. If there is one thing I would stress to pet owners, it is to get insurance on your pets. Although we would have done whatever we needed to help Mesa, having insurance made it so much easier.
