Knowing Duke has this coverage makes us more pro-active parents.
We never had insurance for our previous pets and it became very expensive to get them the best medical care we could. Lesson learned! Our current fur baby has your WellnessPlan and it has been great. Any chance my husband and I could get it?!?!! And I really appreciate how easy it is to pay your premium and file a claim- your response time is wonderful .

Cares about your pet
I have never had any issues with payments from this insurance. It seems that the claim to payment process has gotten a bit slower but other than that they have been great. When I lost my other dog they helped pay for the cremation and everything. They cancelled his policy without me having to call when they saw the claim and sent me a refund check and a sympathy card. It made me feel good about the company.

Nationwide made the whole process easy and painless. While our cat underwent routine care, the last thing you want is to have an extra hassle over submitting insurance paperwork. Nationwide made it is as simple and easy a process as humanly possible. Great follow up throughout the whole process. Just enough communication to keep you aware of where everything was in the process. Great job!

Healthy Paws really came through!
My little chihuahua mix, Millie, had a terrible accident two weeks ago, resulting in the loss of her tail. When I contacted Healthy Paws they were both compassionate and responsive. They processed my (hefty) surgical claims immediately and followed up with interest in Millie's progress. They were both caring and competent (a rare combination in my experience) and I can recommend this company without reservation. By the way, Millie got immediate attention for her injury and her stitches have just been removed. She's doing great! ...happily wagging her new little tail:)

I'm sorry I didn't trust you Embrace
Been an Embracer for 3 years but just had my first claims. Unfortunately, they were big ones for diagnostics, surgery, and treatment for pancreatic cancer. An emotional time, and when I filled my first batch of claims and the status erroneously showed "waiting for information for preexisitng conditions" I suspected efforts to deny the claims. But the error was fixed immediately and my claims paid promptly. Thank you Embrace, and I'm sorry I was so quick to suspect you wouldn't do the right thing when you did.
