Great service, honest and fair
Embrace has worked well for us and our aging dog. He has needed extra care this year for lameness that developed in his hind legs, and insurance was a good investment for us. Embrace staff have been responsive to questions. The website and claims submissions process is user friendly. Things that should be covered have been covered. They are clear in communicating and we know what to expect. This was not the case with a past company we had.

We really love VPI/Nationwide.
VPI/Nationwide is always there for us and we don't have to worry about the cost. We have been patient parents of Nationwide for almost 12 years now. You really helped our previous shepherd with her medical costs and now covering our cost for Champagne Bubbles, our shepherd. Thank you for all you do. I have also used the doctor talk line and they were very helpful. It is nice to know that in the middle of the night, I can call someone that is knowledgeable and will help us. Keep doing what you are doing. If I had one suggestion, it would be to consider covering major things like spay/neuters, hip dysplasia etc, even if just a small percentage of the cost.

Thank you for your excellent service! It is unbelievably stressful and painful to see your pet suffering when ill or injured. My baby boy Dexter ingested a foreign object and needed emergency intestinal surgery. Your insurance plan reimbursed me over $2500. This helped greatly with the financial stress! I highly recommend your pet insurance to friends and family!

I am very happy with Nationwide insurance for my dog.
Any time I have submitted a claim, it has been handled efficiently. There is a slight waiting period for reimbursement but it's tolerable. I always understand the reasoning for reimbursements with the paperwork returned to me.

Pets Best is the BEST!
I've been with Pets Best for 9 years and they have always been Great! They're quick to process claims, give detailed information on the money you receive back and very helpful. I started coverage 9 years ago when my dog was a puppy. As she's gotten older, the rates have increased (not by a crazy amount though) but I have never once thought about looking for another company. They are just that good!

Wow! Talk about such a seamless process from start to finish, and how easy to use this insurance is! We are loving our coverage and care so far, and have already received our first reimbursement check in the mail from a wellness visit. Would absolutely recommend!

Very responsive to inquiries and prompt in reviewing and processing the claim. It took over three weeks to process the claim because I did not provide all necessary information the first time.
