The representative was very helpful in a frustrating situation.
I got concerned, because the overwhelming portion of my claim was deferred till the full invoice was received. The problem was that I had submitted the entire invoice, but PDFs don't throw errors where you can see one page but not another. I faxed the next time instead of emailing to make sure the same confusion couldn't happen. When I didn't hear back in a few days, I called and was told that it'd be ANOTHER 30 days for this review, like the original claim. This could have gone on for a very long time. I felt strung along over the one major claim I was going to get reimbursed for. The rep said they could file for expediting, and it was resolved within a few days. I really appreciated the help!

Quick, wonderful service
Nationwide was so helpful with my insurance claim after finding a black growth in my dogs mouth. I took Nala to 2 vets to get different opinions and ended up having it removed all within one week. I simply took a picture of what I paid and submitted it through an easy online form. I was repaid 90% after my deductible in less than 2 weeks! My husband was very skeptical as he has never insured a pet before but he now tells people about how amazing this insurance is! I do and will continue to recommend nationwide pet insurance to all my fellow pet owners!

This insurance has been very helpful!
Our beagle, Beau, has always been sore around his hind, near his tail, and he occasionally "hops" on one leg when he walks. We know he is more painful than usual when his tail doesn't come up - it just hangs - and when he limps and moves very slowly. Recently he has been going for laser treatment/acupuncture and it has helped him so much it's like a miracle! And even better, Nationwide has covered the cost so far, and we are very grateful.

No communication and even when there is nothing gets done
I had high hopes and at first good impression but as time went by things went bad complete stopped receiving claim checks I have to deal with embrace trying to make up a condition where there isnt one
