Questions were answered completely
We just enrolled when we got our new puppy. My questions were answered completely and when I filed my first claim for wellness care, it was paid quickly. So far so good. We bought it for our other dog too, so looking forward to see how that goes too.

I can concentrate on caring for my dogs
My dogs are about 9 years old now and we've been hit with a few health problems in the last few months. Scout had a back injury and Mimi was diagnosed with Cushing's. The vet emails the invoices and I use the petsbest website to file claims and it's been easy. I's important that I don't have to worry about the insurance part. Petsbest email messages keep me abreast of the claims process and the reimbursement goes right to my bank account. And I can concentrate on caring for my dogs.

Beware nationwide likes collecting their monthly payment, but after 63 days still no answer when they will pay' maybe another 30
Beware of Nationwide, very slow at settling claims. After 15 months not one red cent paid so far. I have $1548.74 in claims. Their ads claim they settle within 30 days. BULL, I was notified yesterday maybe in anther 30 days. That will be 90 days or more. I have send all copies that was asked for. Nationwide is very good at collecting their monthly payment. but when it's your turn to collect forget it. I will be writing a lettter today to TV5 and Tv 13 to be view for their rant program.
