I feel much better

Called to resolve the issue with communication of records between insurance and my vet. Sara O. was able to see my account and aid me in a timely manner, even offering for me to email records to her so she could ensure they be forwarded on for my claim. I felt much better after speaking with her!

Rip off!!!!!!!

Do not even consider getting this insurance. Bought my dog at 8 weeks. He went to very for vomiting before I signed up with trupanion. Once I got trupanion and he started having about reflux problems, they considered it preexisting. Anything to do with vomit will therefor not be covered because it's preexisting symptom. Are you kidding me!???

Met all expectations!

I switched both my dogs to Figo several months ago. Within a few weeks of the switch, my Lab, Daisy, developed a small soft tissue sarcoma (cancer) on her right front leg. It was removed by my local vet, two histopath reports done, a consultation with the University Vet Hospital (including chest x-rays), a consult with a surgeon, and a scar revision surgery scheduled for next week to remove a wider margin around the tumor area. Figo has been stellar in dealing with me and the bills. After meeting the deductible, and expanding my coverage to include exam fees (highly recommend that!!), they covered the 80% my policy indicates without question or hassle. The claims have been closed within a day or two, and money in the bank within a few more. I've been 100% happy with the service from Figo!
