Great coverage - process a little slow

Very happy with my coverage. The claim process can be a little slow compared to Trupanion (my other dog's insurer). Usually takes 30-45 days to receive EOB.

Helpful advice

Ashley was great. But I have to get a estimate for Tank's surgery. Ashley suggested this. I never thought of it. Unless my Vet cannot get the estimate to me in time for prior approval, I will not know the coverage until after the surgeries.

Paying bills

The Embrace reps I spoke to on the phone were very helpful. There was a lot of back and forth but that's because the Vet filled out the wrong from. But the Embrace telephone reps fixed everything and sent me the reimbursements. Thank you fpor your assistance.

Stress free

Having good insurance alleviates the stress in dealing with the illness of anyone even a pet, which is like family. I did my due diligence in order to get the most complete coverage within my budget, which was significant. Claims were easy to submit and they were processed quickly . Notification of claim approval is quick. ASPCA Insurance has proven to be an excellent choice.
