Great but needs to process claims quicker

We have had a great experience with Nationwide except for when one of our claims was denied. The reason listed for it being denied was untrue and inaccurate. I submitted a form to have it reviewed and it's taken months for it to be reviewed and addressed. I'm unhappy with how long this specific claim has taken but also in general, claims seem to take longer than expected to process. If there's one area Nationwide can work on, it is processing claims in a timely manner. Aside from this issue, they've been great.

Fastest reimbursement I have EVER received!

I am amazed at how quickly my wellness claim was processed and my reimbursement received! I fully expected at least a week to go by before receiving anything, but it was only TWO DAYS and my claim was reimbursed by direct deposit to my account! Uploading my documents was a breeze and the entire process was extremely smooth and fast! Thank you for your excellent service! I will most definitely be recommending Pet's Best to my friends!

Has met our expectations!

We purchased this insurance in the middle of last year and are so thankful we did! One of our Australian Shepherds jumped a wall of about 25 feed and broke both front legs. We are now in our 3rd month of constant University Veterinarian in Knoxville visits and around $13,000 or so and building. We have been receiving checks solid from this company. They pay 80/20. I'm not sure what we would have done if it wasn't for this insurance. Also the customer service is great! Friendly also! I have already recommended this company to friends on social media and several have taken it out! A lot of people didn't even know pet insurance existed.

Better than Human's Insurance

I wish my heath insurance was as easy and efficient as this insurance is. From leaving the vet to having the money deposited in my account was 4 or 5 days. No argument on what is covered and what isn't. It is made very clear and they pay you. What a pleasure to deal with!!

Compassionate and Timely

Over the years of our dogs life, we have submitted claims to Pets Best for a myriad of medical claims. We have always found the claim submission process to be extremely easy to use and understand and extremely timely in their processing claims. Most recently we have begun managing a terminal illness for our dog and have had much more frequent and in depth contact with Pets Best. Every time I have spoken to someone regarding a claim, or an anticipated expense, I have been treated with kindness and compassion. Every representative has spent quality time with me on the phone to ensure that I understand the policy to the best of my ability and that they are doing their best to cover whatever expenses possible to help care for a dog. They use our dog’s name every time we speak, and before we hang up every time always wish us luck with his treatment. In a trying time, to not have to fight for reimbursement and to be handled with compassion makes a difficult situation a bit more bearable.
