Wish human health insurance was this good!

Nationwide is fast, efficient and responsive. Claim submission is easy through their app and they keep you updated as to processing time and status. REALLY I wish my own health insurance were this comprehensive and good. The one time i had a claim denied (due to unclear doctor notes regarding my dog's diagnosis), the customer service rep was very responsive in helping me understand how to correct and resolve the claim. Most recently my dog had a serious issue - mast cell tumor - and it gave us tremendous peace of mind to know that we had Nationwide insurance to help us out.

Nationwide is awesome. Too bad Human Health Insurance isn't as easy!

Nationwide was very helpful and the claim form on line was very easy to navigate. I was amazed at how much of the visit was covered. Thank you to Nationwide. Thankfully we have only had to use the insurance 2 times for Sophie who is now 9 years old. Great piece of mind having it.

Nationwide is Amazing!

Love this insurance. I have both plans for full coverage. Submitting claims is easy and claims are processed quickly. I especially like the caring nature of those on the vetline and the emails following up on my fur-baby's health.

Caring and Friendly

I have used ASPCA almost 2 years. I got the insurance when my sweet Mattie, a Bichon Frise, was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I knew they would be unable to help with her expenses as it was a pre-existing condition, but I had another fur baby named Kinzee, a Maltese. Before Mattie passed away, someone from ASPCA would just call to check on her. After she passed, 2 different people called to offer their condolences and then I received a card that while it brought tears to my eyes, it brought comfort to my heart. They are just caring people! Now my Kinzee has been diagnosed with a heart murmur and Cushing's disease. They have been just as caring about her treatment as they were with Mattie. Someone called me last week to see how she was doing. They didn't have to do that, but they did. The doctor finally has Kinzee on a dose of medicine that seems to be helping with both the heart murmur and Cushing's. She's 10 and we want to keep her with us as long as we can and with the insurance, I am able to make sure she gets the treatment she needs! Thank you ASPCA Pet Insurance for your caring and friendly staff! You've told me more than once to call if I ever need anything, even just to talk. You'll never know how much that means to me!

Peace of mind

Having Nationwide Pet Insurance has given me such peace of mind. I had to take my cat in to the emergency vet and, while that was a scary experience, I did not have to fear the bill at the end because I knew I had coverage for his treatment. So grateful to have nationwide at my back! Thank you!!

Great Client Service!

My dog recently tore her cruciate and required surgery to repair it. I was thankful she had waited to do it as I had just gotten Healthy Paws 2 months earlier! Despite the short time that we were using Healthy Paws there was no issues with my claim status and the customer service was great via phone/email when I had any questions. They even personally emailed me a week after her surgery to make sure she was doing well. I highly recommend!

Very supportive, so happy I purchased insurance through Nationwide

Nationwide pet insurance is true to their word. They reimbursed 90% of a very costly, necessary procedure for my sweet puppy. I don't know if I would have been able to afford it without Nationwide. When I called the customer service team with questions regarding submitting my claim, they walked me through it and made the process seamless. I have recommended Nationwide to everyone I know who has or is planning on getting a dog.

Had Nationwide Pet insurance for my Aussie Mix for 14 years and when she passed, I got Nationwide again on my Corgi Mix.
