Reimbursed as promised
I submitted my first claim through Pet Best and in within 5 days I was refunded 80% as promised to my direct deposit account. This was a very easy process, the email communication was fantastic and everything went smoothly. I am VERY satisfied with Pet Best Service. I will definitely be apartment of the service for the long haul. Thanks Again!

Wonderful any time I call
I now understand the difference between a claim and an incident and how to complete the claims process to connect the incidents together. When lameness becomes a bigger problem that becomes surgery. I feel like I have missed out on explaining my other dog having a progressing issue and was billed in past for each as separate incidents which means a deductible for each incident. Other than the explanation to process correctly the customer service has been wonderful any time I have called for clarification and wish I had asked more questions early on.

Best peace of mind for any fur baby parent
Great customer service. Have peace of mind knowing my baby is covered for any accidents or injuries that I may not have been able to afford otherwise. Would definitely recommend wellpet coverage covers his well pet medication and his vaccinations. Embrace has been great to us.
