Excellent insurance company, streamlined service!
We've been getting per insurance with this company for many years and have not regretted it, especially when our dogs get older. The process of filing claims on line is very straightforward, and the claims are processed within a reasonable time frame. I like having the option of accepting the reimbursement funds on line and getting them deposited directly into my bank account instead of waiting for a check in the mail. The claim processing explanations are clear and to the point.Lately our dog needed some expensive procedures done, and it was extremely helpful to get our reimbursement for the veterinary care she received.
