I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my claim was paid and deposited in my account. After really looking over the other insurance companies (I am eligible for AKC and AARP) I am so glad I chose Pets Best. I told my vets office how fast I was paid. Thank You!

It's very easy to submit claims
It's very easy to submit claims. It would be helpful, however, to have access to see where you with your deductible after each claim. Also, I usually receive an email when the claim is complete and an explanation. This time I did not, and had to log in to see the status.

Because of Nancy Lowe, we will always be with nationwide. This company is made up of dedicated professionals who take the time, care, and concern about each policyholder and their pets.
