Simple as can be!
To date, I've had 2 claims for my goldendoodle puppy. Both were handled extremely efficiently and the money was directly deposited back into my account. The online submission process is quick and easy. In both cases, I received follow-up from customer service to ask if I had any questions and to see how my puppy was feeling. I cannot recommend ASPCA enough.

Doing Much Better
Stella is doing great. She is almost over the Autoimmune issue she had and getting off the pretisone soon. She just went to the vet today to get checked for heartworm (i growing issue in WA) and her Kennel Cough vaccination. Nationwide has been great throughout the whole ordeal with my little girl. I can honestly say that without insurance, I'm not sure she would be with us. Nationwide is not just the financial help but the true connection your people have with our family member. It has been the best decision I have ever made for our pets.

I have used Nationwide for several years now, And unlike other insurance, I have never felt like they are looking for every excuse possible not to pay a claim. They process every claim in a straightforward manner with no confusing "double speak", and you get a fair and prompt settlement.

Great Customer Service
I contacted Nationwide to dispute a claim payment for Dixie and the Customer Service Agent immediately assisted and found that there was indeed an error with the claim payment and would assist in correcting this. The same Customer Service Agent called the next day to advise that I could expect the corrected amount within a couple of days. She also advised that another claim from a previous vet visit was still open and I should send in some supporting documentation for services to get the reimbursement due. Overall great customer service, very willing to help and answer questions and making sure that every claim submitted is processed and reimbursed to the satisfaction of the customer. I'm very happy with Nationwide.

Nationwide Pet Insurance gives me peace of mind! After talking to people who have insurance through other companies, I truly believe that Nationwide is the best! Amazing responsiveness
Due to personal medical problems my pet claim wasn’t filed within the grace period for last year. While asking for clarification of the rejection, I was told to ask for a new review since I had been incapacitated. They reviewed it again and paid it!!!!! I am amazed at the compassion shown to my circumstances. I’d filed one claim last year and was surprised they covered nearly all of it and this was just another big surprise at Embrace’s willingness to pay. Definitely not a typical insurance company.

Another positive experience after the unexpected
Thankful for another wonderful experience with Nationwide. I have never personally taken pet insurance out before as I did not understand how invaluable it can be. I tell everyone I know about this company as they truly do care about my big goon of a Great Dane. Thank you Nationwide for helping to make the claim process easy and always having someone to speak with when needed. Your customer service goes beyond my expectations.
