Very happy with the service
I have had Pets Best every since I rescued Spooky. It’s been since 2009 or 2010. I am very happy with the service I have received, and given information to my brother and his wife for their fur baby. Hopefully they will be calling you soon.

Simple claim process
I have only submitted two claims, the claim process is simple to submit (by email). The Pets best claims folks had some questions and contacted the veterinarian themselves, it was really great not having to be the middle man.

Hands down the best
Pets Best is hands down the best Pet Insurance I have had after a few different companies. Bronson split his nail in half, and I got to the vet, submitted my claim while checking out from the vet on my phone, and was reimbursed quickly!

Quick and easy
I took my pet in due to pain and was devastated when I was told he needed surgery to fix the issue. I submitted the claim and was sent an email within that day stating the claim was being processed. Within a week my claim was approved and then payment was sent shortly after that. I am very please with how quick and easy it was from start to finish! A+++++ great job!

I've had nothing but great service
I've had nothing but great customer service AND don't have to go through two million menu options just to get to the one I need to speak with. In short, I think you guys do a wonderful job for the pet lovers among us all!!!!
