I am so impressed with Nationwide pet insurance. Claims were handling quickly, customer service is caring and excellent and payment made directly into my bank account. My vet likes them too as Nationwide makes it easy for vet to provide medical info.

Not only are the claim rebursements fast, but they are so easy to submit via email. I always get quick updates on my claims, & when I spoke with someone, they were not only courteous & knowledgeable, they were very easy to talk with.

Nationwide is an excellent pet insurance company. The coverage is excellent and the customer service reps are always very helpful. Claims are easy to file and processed in a timely manner. We love Nationwide Insurance. Our dog and cat give it 5 paws up!!

Im so happy i choose A.S.P.C.A. It was the smartest thing i could have ever dog.
From the start Customer Service was outstanding. She answered every question with out making me feel like an idiot. Considering I had A million questions about the best policy for my first puppy. After choosing a great plan my puppy got sick. Not only did they call just to see how she was doing, they stayed on top of my claims and made it super easy to get them back records that they had needed to finish the claims. I have since refereed many of my customers and sport an ASPCA harness. Thank You ASPCA

I can’t say enough nice and/or positive things about the customer service I’ve experienced with Nationwide. Not only are they extremely courteous but they are very knowledgeable and explain themselves clearly. Furthermore, my claims are processed very quickly and accurately. Thank you.
