I find the system very easy to navigate and when and if I ever have a problem the always goes above and beyond to help me with my problem bring it to a resolution. The best by far!!

This is our first claim experience and I was confused about submission aspects from our Vet Hospital. Ashley listened patiently to all the details and found specific answers quickly! During the conversation she explained about electronic deposit for future reimbursements and took my bank acct info, securely pausing the call-recording while gathering that sensitive information. As soon as I got off the phone and checked emails, there was already the notice that bank data had been entered in my portal. I certainly gained confidence in Pets Best procedures and staff, and have already referred you to a neighbor and a co-worker! Thank you!

Kind assistance
It was my first submission of claims - I was not sure which treatment would be covered or not, so contacted to customer service. Then, I was encouraged to send all vet bills I had - which was easier for me. Pets Best carefully reviewed all the items and provided detailed explanations on each one in regard to whether it's covered/refunded or not. I appreciate their kind assistance -

Everything is easy with Pets Best. I've had them for several years and have never been disappointed. Claims are serviced fast, vets are contacted if more info is needed. Any delay is explained promptly via email. Coverage is the best. I believe it's a few dollars more, but the coverage, the responsiveness, and the pleasant people in customer service all make it worth the extra pennies. Claims are simple to submit too. I haven't one negative word about Pets Best. I boast about them all the time and now have my vet recommending them. I have only high appreciation for Pets Best.

Filing claims is easy peasy!
As a first time dog mom, I was extremely nervous about how I was going to take care of her and make sure she had everything she needed! When my mom mentioned pet insurance, I didn’t know where to begin. I went through USAA and they had many wonderful options, but this insurance carrier in particular was very easy to understand, they communicated well and their customer service chat is very helpful when I’m at work and can’t call. I haven’t had to use this for anything serious and hope I never have to, but I have peace of mind knowing my little Bailey is covered!
