Easy, Dependable & Always Pays Quickly
Had Pet's Best for six plus years and never had so much as one single problem. Our dogs health has deteriorated rapidly for the last two years and they pay for everything at 90%! We file about once every week now on line (easy!) and the money is sent directly to our account in about 5-8 days usually. I highly recommend this company.

Pet Insurance is a must nowadays, and Embrace is the insurance to use!
The Embrace team has really been spectacular to work with. Our vet team can file the claim for us right after our visit. Most of the time it goes in smoothly, I get an email with the status update, and then a few days later the reimbursement check. It simply could not be easier to use our coverage. With the extreme costs of healthcare for pets now, I would encourage every pet owner to get insurance. There may be years you don’t use it to its fullest, but it is there when you do need it - and the Embrace team is the best support!

Have nothing but the best to say about healthy paws. Our girl has torn both of her acls and we have had zero issues with coverage. It is amazing to know we can take care of her and not have to stress about such a ginormous bill. We wouldn’t have been able to have surgery once let alone twice without healthy paws. Good for all the sniffles and bumps along the way too!

Great online portal
I really like the online claims portal. It allows me to submit everything very easily and I can check to see where my claims are at in the process. I also really like the direct deposit reimbursement - no more driving to the bank!

100% satisfied
Claim notification comes immediately after the vet submits it through an email. Following payment is also processed within a few days which never happened with the policy I had with another insurance company. Even when there was a delay, I received an email notifying me about the delay and its reason. I am 100% satisfied!
